Statement of Faith

 1.  The Bible is Inspired by God and declares His design and plan for mankind. (2 Timothy 3:15-17)

  2.  There is One True God - revealed in three persons...Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (Isaiah 43:10-11)

  3.  In the Deity of the Lord Jesus Christ - As God's Son, Jesus was both human and divine. (Philippians 2:9-11)

  4.  The Fall of Man ushered in evil and death, both physical and spiritual, into the world. (Romans 5:12-19)

  5.  The Salvation of Man - Man's only hope of redemption is through the shed blood
of Jesus Christ the Son of God. (Ephesians 2:8)

  6. The Ordinances of the Church - (1) Water Baptism by Immersion after repenting of one's sins

and receiving Christ's gift of salvation, (Matthew 28:19) (2) Holy Communion (the Lord's Supper) as a symbolic remembrance of Christ's suffering and death for our salvation. (1 Corinthians 11:26)

  7. The Baptism in the Holy Spirit is for everyone and empowers believers to witness and

effective service, just as it did in New Testament times. We are a nondenominational church, we believe All the Biblical manifestations of the Holy Spirit continue to be for the church today. (Acts 1:8)

  8.  Sanctification is an act of separation from that which is evil, and of dedication unto God. (Romans 12:1-2)

9. The Church has a Mission to seek and save all who are lost in sin. (Ephesians 1:22-23)

10.  The Ministry - A divinely called and scripturally ordained leadership ministry serves the Church. (Ephesians 4:11-16)

11.  Divine Healing of the sick is a privilege for Christians today. (Matthew 8:16-17)

12. The End Times. (Judgment Day, Tribulation, The Rapture, Millennial Reign, New Heavens and Earth) There are several views, however, our church focuses on the fact that thousands of people daily face their end time as they take their final breath. Therefore, our focus is on salvation, discipleship, mentorship and a continuing transformation by The Holy Spirit, making us more like Jesus (Romans 12:2, Ephesians 4:22-24). For those who reject salvation, there will be a judgment that leads to eternal separation from God. Our goal is for the Church to be ready and fuller with believers eagerly expecting to meet Jesus before that day. (Matthew 25:46)

13. Cultural Issues- While the Bible was set during certain times and cultures, we believe it supersedes them and it is our culture that needs to change and embrace Biblical principles. The Word of God does not change (Numbers 23:19, Deuteronomy 4:2). Our church believes in the preservation of life, the Biblical definition of marriage, The Biblical definition of gender (male and female) and the importance of being sober-minded. We also believe in the importance of being Holy as God is Holy (1 Peter 1:16). This includes what we watch and listen to, how we speak, dress, and act as well as the importance of having a Biblical mindset. We are a church that welcomes all people into our services and endeavors to love everyone. Prejudice, racism, and injustice are ungodly and our church will stand up for anyone being unfairly treated. (Romans 12:2)
